Meanwhile, armed men in Red Bar Vigilante Security Organization based in area, were seen coming out to provide security at about 9.00 pm on that fateful day. Some residents, who spoke to journalists on condition of anonymity, appealed to government security agencies, particularly the police, to rescue and residents of the area from the ugly situation by restoring normalcy.
