The directed the Permanent Secretary, Mr. Emeka Ohuoha, a lawyer, to ensure that appropriate punishments were meted out to the culprits. He noted that the measure would serve as deterrent to others, irrespective of their positions in the ministry.

“Status does not matter, what a matter is doing the right thing at the right time,’’ he stressed.
