The movie focuses on Dozie’s elder brother, Nonso played by Enyinna Nwigwe, who continued his romance with his white girlfriend, Deardre, Dunni’s bridesmaid. on a date in and proposes marriage by accident. Though a comic film, it addresses several societal issues. The movement at the airport when Deardre’s family arrived Nigeria clears the air on the fight against bribery and corruption. By the same token, the traditional marriage extols the idea to preserve and appreciate our socio-cultural norms and traditions handed down from our forefathers despite the height of post modernism. The presentation of African dish to Dunni in Dubai is symbolic as it encourages us to enjoy and appreciate the natural foods we have. Very importantly, the film encourages love and unity as exemplified by the relationship between the Coker and Onwuka family.

The style of cinematography is subjective and participatory in view. You feel you are part of the actions. This is the case, when out to a date and got entangled in the web of a frustrated lover whose engagement ring was flung away by his girl. The moment Nonso picks it up, you have the feeling to tell him to hide it. But alas, Deardre caught him with the ring and was already saying a loud yes to his accidental proposal.
