NBTE commends Akpa for introducing energy health education in Nigeria

NBTE commends Akpa for introducing energy health education in Nigeria

The National Board for Technical Education (} has lauded the founder of Foundation for Energy International School, Prof. Joseph Akpa, for bringing the school into the and promised to support his effort to achieve success.

The Deputy Director of , Abdul Isa Kofarmata, who made the commendation during the approval and resource inspection of the school for award of National Innovative Diploma (NID), said that the school was the first of its kind in Africa.

Kofarmata said that NBTE would access the adequacy and inadequacies of human and material resources available delivery of energy curriculum which would lead to the award of National Innovation Diploma.

He said that the ministry of education would award NID to foundation energy health international institution if the requirements meet the NID curriculum.

Calling for more enlightenment on NID, Kofarmata pointed out that NID is a specialised diploma programme that is 100 per cent practical which after training prepares candidate to establish on his own.

Earlier in address, the founder of the institution, Prof. Joseph Okoro Akpa, commended Ministry of Education and NBTE assessment and approval exercise of the programme.

Akpa, who said that energy health is the natural scientific method applied in the treatment of human diseases, solution to various health problems and social maladies in humans, pointed out that the treatment is cheap.

“For energy health practitioners to treat any ill-health effectively would try to balance the flow of energy in the sick and health is restored,” he said.

Promising to use knowledge of energy health science and technology to restore life and achieve peace in the , he said: “I hereby, with the knowledge of energy health science and technology, declare war on all the diseases and health conditions ravaging the human race including HIV, cancer. I will apply the knowledge in the solution of social maladies to achieve peace and harmony in my Nigeria and to reduce poverty and hardship.”

He solicited the cooperation of the NBTE and federal ministry of education, especially approval for the institution, financial assistance and aligned with the JAMB programmes in Nigeria.
