According to him, the rationale behind the conduct of the programme in four zones of the state was due to contiguity and compact nature of the state.
Aremu insisted that the officers chosen to spearhead the exercise at the zones must touch various areas where corps often failed to live up to expectations. He listed the areas of interest to include the cardinal programmes of the scheme, accessing health care, Community Develpoment Service, obtaining pass/leave, Biometric clearance, applying for reposting, obtaining ID cards right use of uniform, among others.
