Ukachukwu said that, as an individual, he had already made significant positive impact through infrastructural development and youth empowerment which he said are evidence that he has a heart for his people.

The APGA senatorial candidate, however, exonerated Dr Okey Chidolue, the plaintiff who filed the case against him which was recently upturned by the Abuja Division of the appeal court saying that he was only used by his opposition who are scared of losing the election to him.

Ukachukwu, while applauding the judiciary for “standing for justice” said that he held no grudges against Chidolue who he said was only used as cat’s paw by his opposers.

Recall that the Abuja Appeal Court presided by Justice Abdullahi Aboki,, last Thursday, said that Apo High court which had earlier invalidated the APGA primaries, lacked the territorial jurisdiction to hear the matter and that the matter was filed out of time. It therefore upheld Ukachukwu’s candidature.

Ukachukwu said that he was not distracted by the earlier verdict but had continued reaching to constituents to sensitise them on why he is the best candidate to represent them at the Federal House of Senate.
