Chief Ralph Okey Nwosu, the National Chairman of the African Democratic Congress, has said that President Muhammadu Buhari hates the Igbo with passion, hence his exclusion of the region in his government.

He also noted that anyone Buhari‘s reelection will be seen as the enemy of , adding that a man who decided to superintend a lopsided administration is not worth Igbo support and vote.

He therefore, condemned the Anambra state governor, Willie Obiano for supporting the re-election of President Buhari of the All Progressives Congress (APC).

Nwosu, who stated this in Awka while presenting the party’s flag to for Anambra Central zone, Hon. Tony-Uche Ezekwelu, however, called for support of the Atiku/Obi ticket. He hinted that Obiano was Buhari against the wishes of the people of Anambra state, as the people are averse to the style of leadership offered by the president.

He queried, “What are they supporting? Another four years of destruction and divisive government? We are ashamed of this kind of support. “How can the people we elected to represent us be supporting a totalitarian government?

I urge everyone to go out and vote out the Buhari government. “They are supporting the same man who hates Igbo’s, and who has refused to appoint an Igbo man into the security council of this country. He has rejected Igbo’s in totality.”

Nwosu said the forthcoming election would be a referendum, and rather than preach boycott of the elections as the secessionist group; indigenous people of Biafra (IPOB), he rather urged all Igbo’s to go out enmasse and show their displeasure by voting against the Buhari government.

He said his party is supporting PDP candidate because he has shown genuine commitment in restructuring and running an all inclusive government.

Earlier, of the party, Ezekwelu urged the people of to shun old politicians who have perpetually failed them.

Ezekwelu who was also a founding member of APGA said he left the party for , when its leaders started nursing the idea of adopting Buhari, who he said was not popular among the people of Anambra state.

According to him, “Nigeria needs to be saved from tyranny and that is our stand in ADC. I still insist that Gov. Obiano owes Ohanaeze and Anambra people apology for declaring support to Buhari“.
